Shipping policy
Pre-Order Merchandise: PRE-ORDER is defined as an advance purchase made on new merchandise that is scheduled to be shipped at a future date. These dates are not guaranteed and are subject to change. Advance payment is required to secure your product. Product is available in limited quantities and on a first come first serve basis while supplies last. Orders will be processed in the order that they are received in the system.
Made to Order: Currently all apparel, bags, and notebooks are made to order, meaning we do not keep an inventory of every SKU available. Please allow additional processing time for these orders - in general expect orders to arrive within 6-11 business days (with the exception of international orders, see below). Estimated delivery dates will be displayed on the specific product's page and can vary from product to product. Please reach out to us at help@elisma.com if you would like your items faster, and we will try our best to find a solution. Note that we cannot guarantee delivery before these dates as some items or destinations may not be eligible for expedited shipping. For those orders that qualify for expedited shipping, a phone number will be required according to carrier protocol.
Shipping charges and expected delivery dates are displayed in your shopping bag at the time of your order. All orders (excluding Pre-orders and Made to Order items, see note above) are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Additional validation may be required for some orders and can delay processing/delivery. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We package and ship your order as soon as we get payment authorization and verification. Based on our warehouse location and your shipping address, we determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used include, the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), or FedEx.
Standard Shipping -
- Complimentary for all orders within the United States
- Delivery 5-8 business days from the time you receive the shipping confirmation email.
- Additional validation may be required for some orders and can delay delivery. Some zip codes are not available for this service
Express Shipping -
- $25 for all orders within the United States
- Delivery 1-2 business days from the time you receive the shipping confirmation email.
*Note that estimated delivery times and costs are subject to change. Delivery to rural or remote locations may require additional business days. Some zip codes may not be available for the above services.
International Shipping:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Each shipping rate is cost intuitive and will depend on the total weight of your package and the delivery location. Please allow extra time for international delivery. If you would like to purchase expedited shipping for your order, please contact us at help@elisma.com. Some regions may not be eligible for international shipping.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Elisma Ventures is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
