If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

In addition to the Terms of Service which governs your use of this website (the “Site”), these Terms of Purchase govern any order or purchase you (the individual completing this order, “you”) make on the Site operated by Elisma Ventures, Inc. (“Elisma Ventures” or “we”). By proceeding to place an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Purchase.

Ordering Process
Elisma Ventures reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or reject the order once the order form has been completed and submitted.

Receipt of your order will be confirmed via an automatic e-mail to the e-mail address provided by you during the order process. Such e-mail is a confirmation that your order has been received by Elisma Ventures but does not constitute acceptance of your order. Elisma Ventures reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason and Elisma Ventures will contact you at the e-mail address provided in the order form of its decision to accept or reject your order. In the event that Elisma Ventures rejects the order, we will have no obligation to fulfill your order and you will have no obligation to pay Elisma Ventures for the order.

Availability & Oversold Inventory
Elisma Ventures Exclusives are highly collectible and produced in extremely limited quantities. As such, the purchase of products on the Site is subject to availability. In the event that Elisma Ventures advises you that such products are no longer available, we will have no obligation to fulfill your order and you will have no obligation to pay Elisma Ventures for the order. Please note that at this time all orders placed with us are PRE-ORDERS and will be shipped at a future date.

Products may be oversold, and there is a chance that an item (or items) may be unavailable for an order which has been confirmed. In this scenario, you will have the ability to either: 1) Receive a full refund for the unavailable item (or items) in accordance with our refund policy; or 2) Guarantee an item (or items) within the next scheduled production run at the current retail price. For example, if 2 units - 1 Maui and 1 Miaui - are unavailable within your order, you will be charged for the full amount of your order and will receive 1 Maui and 1 Miaui when the next available batch ships. No further action is required on your part as we will guarantee future products at the current retail price (future production runs are subject to price increases based on offer and demand). You will receive a separate email from our customer care team should one or more items from your order become unavailable.

Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed, with the exception of pricing on orders which have already been confirmed and accepted by Elisma Ventures.

Order Changes
Please submit any order change requests by replying directly to your order confirmation email as soon as possible. Any requested changes to an existing order may result in a new scheduled delivery date or unavailable inventory for that order, and will be accepted on a case by case basis. While we accommodate order change requests to the best of our ability, we cannot guarantee that all requests will be granted.

Refund Policy

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

All Digital Products are non-refundable.

All Memberships, since they include digital products, consultations and services are also non-refundable.

For Physical Products, once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
