Return & Refund Policy

 

Returns

Merchandise may be returned for exchange or full refund within thirty (30) days of the delivery date of your order.

Due to the collectible and limited nature of our merchandise, to meet return eligibility your item must be in perfect saleable condition (the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition and decide If your return is accepted.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and remedy the issue.

Should you receive defective, damaged or the wrong item(s), please contact us within thirty (30) days of the delivery date of your order. Due to the limited nature of our merchandise, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible to resolve any order issues. We try to replace products on an item for item basis, but cannot guarantee an exact replacement of the original item should it become sold out.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products, special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

All Digital Products are non-refundable.

All Memberships, since they include digital products, consultations and services are also non-refundable.

For Physical Products, once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. As mentioned above, we cannot guarantee an exact replacement should the item sell out.

Currently all of our apparel and accessories merchandise are made to order, meaning we do not keep an inventory and therefore cannot offer an outright exchange. If you would like a different size or color, please let us know and we will be happy to facilitate this as a return and subsequent purchase.
